5. No Guaranteed Marketing Results
We believe in setting realistic expectations.
Our marketing services are designed to improve online visibility and create more opportunities for patient acquisition. However, we cannot guarantee specific marketing results.
We do not guarantee:
- A specific Google ranking;
- A specific Google Maps position;
- A specific number of calls;
- A specific number of leads;
- A specific number of appointments;
- A specific amount of website traffic;
- A specific advertising return;
- A specific revenue increase;
- A specific timeframe for achieving results.
Marketing performance can be affected by factors outside our control, including:
- Search engine algorithms;
- Competition;
- Market conditions;
- Website quality;
- Reviews and reputation;
- Advertising budgets;
- Client responsiveness;
- Changes to third-party platforms;
- Technical issues;
- Consumer behavior;
- Changes in local demand.
Any examples, projections, case studies, testimonials, or statements about results should be understood as examples of possible outcomes rather than promises of future performance.
Advertising and marketing claims should be truthful and supported by appropriate evidence; our own marketing communications are intended to follow those principles.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve third-party platforms, including but not limited to:
- Google;
- Google Business Profile;
- Google Ads;
- Google Analytics;
- Meta;
- Facebook;
- Instagram;
- YouTube;
- Calendly;
- WordPress;
- Other advertising, analytics, search, social media, hosting, or technology platforms.
These platforms are operated independently of PT Marketing Lab.
We do not control their:
- Algorithms;
- Ranking systems;
- Approval decisions;
- Policies;
- Availability;
- Pricing;
- Advertising auctions;
- Features;
- Data practices;
- Terms;
- Future changes.
A change made by a third-party platform may affect your marketing results even when PT Marketing Lab has performed the agreed work correctly.
We cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will maintain a particular feature, ranking, account status, advertising cost, or level of performance.
7. Google Business Profiles and Search Rankings
Google and other search engines regularly change their algorithms, policies, features, and ranking systems.
As a result, rankings and visibility can change without notice.
PT Marketing Lab may recommend or implement strategies intended to improve a business’s local search visibility, but no legitimate marketing agency can guarantee a particular Google ranking or permanent search position.
We also cannot guarantee that Google will approve, suspend, reinstate, verify, or display a particular business profile in a particular way.
8. Advertising Services
If we manage paid advertising campaigns for you, advertising platforms may charge advertising costs separately from our management fees.
Unless your written client agreement specifically states otherwise:
Advertising spend is not included in PT Marketing Lab’s service fees.
Advertising performance can vary based on:
- Budget;
- Competition;
- Targeting;
- Creative;
- Landing pages;
- Market demand;
- Platform policies;
- Auction conditions;
- Conversion rates;
- Consumer behavior.
We do not guarantee a specific number of clicks, leads, appointments, revenue, or return on advertising spend.
9. Educational Content and Information
Our website may contain blog posts, videos, guides, examples, checklists, marketing advice, search marketing information, and other educational resources.
This content is provided for general informational and educational purposes.
It is not a guarantee that a particular strategy will work for your practice.
Marketing strategies should be evaluated based on your specific:
- Market;
- Competition;
- Budget;
- Business model;
- Website;
- Goals;
- Resources;
- Regulatory environment.
You are responsible for determining whether a particular strategy is appropriate for your business.
10. Healthcare and Patient Information

Clients retain ownership of materials they provide to us, subject to any rights granted to PT Marketing Lab under a separate client agreement.
Ownership of work product created specifically for a client will be determined by the applicable client agreement.
14. Our Educational Materials
We may provide downloadable resources, templates, guides, videos, frameworks, checklists, or other educational materials.

Results described in a testimonial or case study are not necessarily representative of what every client will experience.
Marketing results vary from practice to practice.
We will not knowingly present fabricated testimonials or materially misleading representations of client experiences. The FTC’s current guidance and rules place significant emphasis on truthful reviews and testimonials.
We also respect the right of customers and clients to express honest opinions about their experiences. Nothing in these Terms is intended to prohibit or penalize lawful, honest reviews or feedback.

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of:
- Maintenance;

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and services.
These may include links to:
- Google;
- YouTube;

A link does not mean that PT Marketing Lab endorses or controls that website.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, security, availability, or policies of third-party websites.
You should review the terms and privacy policies of third-party websites before using them.
18. User-Submitted Information

- Your unlawful use of the website;

24. Separate Client Agreements
These Terms govern your use of the PT Marketing Lab website.
If you become a paying client, your services will be governed by a separate written agreement.
That agreement may contain terms relating to:

- Payment;

- Contract duration;
- Cancellation;
- Termination;
- Deliverables;
- Intellectual property;

- Dispute resolution.
If a client agreement conflicts with these website Terms regarding the specific services being provided to that client, the client agreement will control for that specific client relationship.
25. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes may be made because:
- Our website changes;
- Our services change;
- Our business changes;
- Laws or regulations change;
- We introduce new technologies;
- We need to clarify our practices.
When we update these Terms, we will change the Effective Date at the top of the page.
Your continued use of the website after an updated version is posted means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
26. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
The invalid provision will be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permitted.
27. No Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later.
A waiver must be made expressly and in writing to be effective.
28. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated into them, represent the terms governing your use of the website.
They do not replace a separate written agreement between PT Marketing Lab and a client.
